Therapy
Because I see it again and again, I passionately believe, talking to an experienced counsellor in a safe and trusting, non-judgmental relationship can bring greater understanding and change for the better. I work integratively, meaning that I draw upon different therapies that I have been trained in. If you’d like to know more about my training, please feel free to see About Me.

I have worked successfully with some people in short-term focussed therapy for as little as 4 sessions but most people come for longer.

Can I see you alone and then with my partner?

Yes, you might come on your own then decide in our introductory session to ask your partner to join you for future sessions.

I can see couples individually as part of our couples therapy.

What happens in a session?

We explore areas that are troubling you. I don’t tell you what to do but rather help you find new ways of dealing with problems. See the Therapy page for more details.
